The OWASP Netherlands Chapter is an extension of the Global OWASP Foundation, inheriting all the values that OWASP stands for. The chapter sets-out to build great security communities in the Netherlands by bringing security knowledge from enterprises to the wider security community and vice versa. We inspire security professionals on all levels to share knowledge, network, form alliances and to contribute to security open-sourcing.
A common problem with many security education programmes (whether cyber or InfoSec) or even traditional computer science programmes is that they do not address application security adequately, if at all. On February 13 and 14, we will be hosting informative training courses for two days, and then on February 15 and 16, we will be holding the conference and exhibition days. Attendees should be familiar with general software development practices and software architecture. OWASP training is available as “online live training” or “onsite live training”. Online live training (aka “remote live training”) is carried out by way of an interactive, remote desktop. Who can take this OWASP Certification Course?
